Requirement Communication

Customers provide tattoo care product efficacy, dosage form, packaging, certification and other requirements, professional account managers provide one-to-one docking to clarify sampling details.
Formula R&D / Selection
1-3 working days
According to customer needs, select from mature formula library or conduct exclusive formula R&D, engineers issue formula plans.
Sample Production
3-5 working days
Produce samples according to formula, complete physical and chemical, microbial testing to ensure samples are qualified.
Sample Delivery
5-7 working days
Send samples via DHL/FedEx and other international express, provide tracking number, track logistics throughout the process.
Sample Confirmation / Adjustment
1-2 working days
Customer confirms samples, if adjustment is needed (fragrance, texture, efficacy, etc.), engineers provide free sampling.
Bulk Production Docking
Immediately after sample confirmation
After sample confirmation, issue bulk production plan, quotation and delivery schedule, production can be arranged after customer confirmation.
